Glitter polishes are becoming more and more popular. It seems like every brand has them now--high end to no name brands. Really though, they are all the same quality. I have tried 15$ ones and I have tried 2$ ones. The only real difference is how quickly they dry. The OPI ones dry within one minute, whereas the Sally Hanson ones take at least 10-15 minutes to dry. I have not splurged on any Debra Lippman polishes, they are too pricey for me.
I recently bought the new Essie Luxe Effects in "Shine of the Times" it was 8.96$ at Wal-Mart. And I must say, as my first Essie polish I wasn't too impressed. It took a while to dry, and it wasn't as big as the OPI ones I have, and almost for same price.

One of my favourite glitter polishes is the Miliani Gems, I got it at Target for 3$! It's identical to the Debra Lipman Happy Birthday for 18$.
I also hate glitter polishes. THEY NEVER COME OFF! I have to use 100% acetone on 3 cotton balls twice to get it off.
